Soggy 8 - Go Away Humidity

I guess we are in the dog days of summer as yesterday morning's run was the highest dew point value ever. Ran 8 miles and it was just plain not fun. Sweat was dripping off me and you just don't feel right when running at that DP.

Have a 5k race tonight at Caumsett Park. We'll see how it goes, but it is supposed to be soupy and might even have a thunderstorm. I'll be amazed if I break 20:32.

Looks like Sunday's half in the city will be moderately soupy and warm. Not looking to break any records for that run.

DP was a max of 72.9F during run
