Have To Lose Some Weight

Another good 5 mile run this morning. Two sub 10 mpm runs in a row which is very encouraging. I think I'm going to sign up for the NYC Half and Marathon today.

I'm gaining too much weight however. 178 lbs this morning. Can't remember when I was this heavy. Probably a couple of years. It thos damn UTZ unsalted Sourdough pretzels that get me. If I want to run faster I think I need to loose 15+ lbs.
