Another 4 miler

Well, of course this morning's run was slower than Sunday's run. I simply don't think I am running enough to get any aerobic improvement. I mean I only ran 12 miles the first week and 14 miles last week. So hopefully with an increase in miles per week I'll seee more improvement. Also, I think I run better on the 2nd of back to back days for some reason. Like I loose my aerobic development with a day's rest. Still don't want to over do it yet.
